Confidentiality is Non-Negotiable

We understand that discretion is critical. Your employees, customers, and competitors cannot know you're considering a sale until you're ready to tell them. Every conversation, every document, every meeting is handled with absolute confidentiality.

We sign NDAs before seeing any sensitive information, and we never discuss your business with anyone. including brokers, advisors, or other potential buyers. without your explicit permission.

What happens to my employees?

Your employees are what makes your business valuable. We invest in teams. retaining key people, developing talent, and creating growth opportunities. We're operators who work alongside your team, not distant investors who send in consultants.

Will you change everything I built?

We preserve what works. Before changing anything, we spend months learning why things are the way they are. When we do introduce improvements. whether in technology, processes, or strategy. we do it carefully, collaboratively, and always in service of the company's long-term health.

How long does the process take?

Every situation is different, but a typical process takes 3-6 months from first conversation to closing. We move at your pace. never faster than you're comfortable with, and never slower than necessary.

Is this conversation really confidential?

Absolutely. We understand that exploring a sale is a private decision with real implications for your team and your business. We sign NDAs before receiving any sensitive information, and we will never contact your employees, customers, or competitors without your explicit written permission.

I'm not sure I'm ready to sell.

That's completely fine. Many of the best relationships start with a conversation long before a deal is on the table. We'd love to get to know you and your business whenever you're ready. even if that's years from now.

How do you determine what my business is worth?

We use a combination of industry comparables, financial analysis, and third-party valuations to arrive at a fair market price. We're transparent about our methodology and work with your advisors to ensure everyone agrees the valuation is reasonable.

Who will run the business after I leave?

We will. James will serve as CEO and Thu Ra as COO. We're not hiring a management team and overseeing from a distance. we're rolling up our sleeves and running the business ourselves, every day.

How is this different from private equity?

PE firms acquire multiple companies with a plan to sell them in 3-7 years. We're acquiring one company with a plan to run it permanently. PE firms hire managers; we operate the business ourselves. PE firms answer to outside investors; we answer to ourselves. and to you during the transition.
